It is Memorial Day in the United States, but crypto markets are still doing well... I suppose that the real action will happen tomorrow, so I will not go into this topic today, but rather dive into different aspects of crypto, or more specifically our beloved HIVE!
I was in my daily was an hour ago and I was thinking about the topic for this post... The idea was to write more about TIME and how valuable it is, but when I came back home I saw another interesting discussion in Discord which made me think and inspired me to write this post... So, in the end, I think that the combination of two topics will rather be one important topic that is important to address...

In the last #HHHLive we had a great discussion about so many different things, where we addressed some problems and issues that can arise in account growth here on HIVE... But, in the end, we are always coming to the same conclusions, and because of that, I'm not talking about some "specific" things, or specific tokens to invest, or some specific "strategy", but rather about the fundamental things... I have mentioned many times that saying that I heard from my high school teacher when he said: "Time is an irreplaceable resource". While I probably didn't grasp that completely back in my teenage days, it stuck somewhere in my brain forever!
How we manage our time is probably the MOST important thing that we are doing in our life! What are we doing with our 24 hours in a day? Are we watching a TV for 6-8 hours? Are we spend 2-3 hours in a traffic jam? Are we stressing about something that we can't change? Are we playing a Candy Crash game all afternoon? Are we sitting on a toilet for 2 hours reading junk news/gossip? I suppose that you agree that most of those things are just time-wasting... But, unfortunately, some of them we can't "save"...
There is another aspect besides those obvious ones that we can spot (but sometimes we can't get rid of them as we become too addicted), and that's our relations with other people... Here on HIVE, we spend our precious time interacting with others on the platform... As we don't know everyone, we interact with some for the first time, giving the "chance" for a new relationship to be born... We INVEST our time in different people... They do the same for us (don't forget about that)! So, either way, if we are not honest with our (new) friends, we are wasting their time! It doesn't have anything to do with the content, niche, or topic, but it has everything with RESPECT toward the other human being on the other side of the keyboard...
Now we are coming to the title of this post... Hive isn't a game... Because of that, HIVE doesn't have NPCs (non-player characters), Hive is a "real-life thing"... Behind every username sits another human being, and not a machine, or a bot, or an algorithm... Because of all that, you shouldn't think about HIVE as a game! Yes, we have different "gamified leaderboards" to motivate people to engage, to be more productive, to be more active... those leaderboards are not there for you to push you to beat the record, chase numbers, etc.
There are no tricks to cheat the game... as it is NOT a game... When you try to cheat it is very obvious... and nobody likes cheaters... There are no shortcuts in growth, in interactions, in making new friends, in being respected... All that comes with time, with a responsible approach, and with true interaction with respect...
Let's go back to the report numbers! The WORKERBEE token continued to go up and that's the main reason why our APR looks "ugly"... Of course, the calculation for the APR is done by the CURRENT prices and not by the prices when YOU bought your tokens!
Regarding movements in the pool, this week we had some actions that moved some numbers!! One member decided to undelegate his tokens and leave the pool, while we got a new member in the meantime! Welcome to the pool, @netaterra!!! As usual, some old members delegated additional tokens to the pool! Thanks for doing that!
In the last 7 days we mined 110 BEE tokens in total!!! 1 token more than last week... 🙂
This POOL doesn't have fees and you get up to 20% MORE by delegating to it!
What about the bonus tokens?
The LEO token price went down where it was at the end of March, just before the climb when it went up almost 100%... Does that mean something? It does, but also, it doesn't... What is important is that in this BONUS token distribution, you are getting double the value of that top in mid-April... In my opinion, we are still far away from the bull run top, and we are still in the period when BTC is a star! All that means that we have in front of us the most of the uptrend when most altcoins are going up... Will history repeat again?
There will be distributed 37 LEO tokens to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!
As always, in the end, let's give the exact numbers for this week... There will be distributed 110 BEE tokens and 37 LEO tokens as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 6.272%, and when we added the bonus it went up to 7.533%!
I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens at the moment of creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price...
