The first time I heard about intermittent fasting was when I asked my friend (who I have known for my whole life, and who always had a bit more weight) about it as he was skinnier than ever! As I was not the only one who noticed that, he told me that others were asking him questions like: "Are you sick?", or "Do you want to be like that?" 😃
He is using the 16/8 method you explained, but I think he mentioned that he wants to use even stricter hours... Besides the weight loss benefit, he looks much better, and he also works to maintain good health!
