Today is Monday the third week of March, it has a clement bright weather. The hustle and bustle of daily live have continue with high hopes and expectation, and I trust with God's help we are bound to succeed.

Love and kindness is in you but so is anger and hate is in you too, God has given you the ability to determine what you want to express. Anger or hate cannot grip you and force you to express it, love and kindness cannot either, you allow your expressions based on your calculations, your intent and purpose in life. In the same vein you can also allow love, joy, and peace to find expression through you. You can choose to be a vessel pouring out love, joy, peace, or succumb to anger, hate, bitterness, and despair. You are never powerless, but you need to determine to use your power for good and to express good.
