Hey everybody, for this week, lots of running in the plan for my last full training week before half marathon. so, it might look something like:
- Today: mostly work, and a run at night
- Tuesday: lots of work and I need to go shopping too, I need food! And running-wise, probably a rest day
- Wednesday: still lots of work, and a run if indeed rest day on Tuesday
- Thursday: yard work and another run, focused on speed
- Friday: relax and probably a run, but slower and longer than previous one
- Saturday: hike up North to enjoy the fall colors, hopefully getting close to peak.
- Sunday: final long run, hopefully 10 miles at least.

Oh, sorry it's off-topic, but I've been trying to promote my posts since yesterday (or maybe this morning, not sure anymore), and I keep getting a "Your transaction was not successfully broadcasted" message. I tried logging out and back in, but no luck. Any idea if the problem's on my side, or is it for everybody?
