IAAC DAY #613 // Don't Rely Too Much On People

in We Are Alive Tribe3 months ago

Don't give yourself an headache by thinking too much of how people react to you. The same people you go extra length for will neglect you when you need them the most and the most annoying part is that they will not see what is wrong about their behavior bit the moment you decide to let them go, they will start seeing you as a bad person but don't mind how they see you. If it's needed try andbkeep your distance from them before their toxic behavior started to give you headache, believe me without them you can live just fine

There are many things to use your time for instead of using it to satisfy those that will not appreciate your efforts, use it to make a better memory for yourself, do the things you really want and be a better version of yourself.

Thanks to @flaxz for the initiative of #iamalivechalleng.

Thanks for checking on my blog and have a wonderful day

Stress hyperglycemia

High blood sugar, also known as hyperglycemia, is a condition where the level of sugar in the blood exceeds the normal limits. This persistent state is characteristic of diabetes mellitus, a condition associated with insulin, a hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels within the normal range.

Occasionally, individuals who do not have diabetes may experience temporary hyperglycemia, often due to stress. When a person is under stress, their body responds in various ways, including releasing stress hormones such as cortisol, growth hormone, and catecholamines. These hormones counteract the effects of insulin, leading to elevated blood sugar levels to provide energy. If blood sugar is measured during a stressful event, it may be higher than normal, a condition known as stress hyperglycemia. Once the stress subsides, blood sugar levels typically return to normal.

I want to share something I've been excited about lately. It's called LiveGood, and it's all about helping people improve their health, save on daily products, and even create an additional income stream if they're interested.

If you're curious, here is a quick short video that explains it. The best part is that they accept Crypto as a payment option!
