There are some time that we will be regretting some things we've done in the past, some things we wish we never do but if we look deeply into it we will see that regretting what has happened will never change anything, it can neither make it undone nor make it forgotten, it will only be weigh us down.
Why regretting what we can't change when we can just have to pick the lesson we learn from it and move on using what were learn in other not to do what we will ever regret again. Nobody is perfect and we are bound to make mistakes but we can learn from it and make a better decision in our later action.
