It's probably good that blockchain didn't become super popular too quickly, that's a sign of a fad. What we are seeing is a slow burn, steadily growing year by year, until it finally makes the mainstream because it's impossible to ignore any longer.

If young people could do what they already do (wth insta and tik tok) but get paid in something that they wanted (probably gift cards) then I could see it become a craze. Not enough people are comfortable with crypto to get excited about it.... yet.
