Important to respect the tags, thankfully most #alive content I see is appropriate. There is the potential for abuse.

you need to care enough about the tribe and what the tribe is about to be eligeble for curation from tribe accounts

One of my goals with daily posting is to maintain the theme of #alive, that it's not something to take for granted, nor something to be wasted. So I enjoy sharing my living experiences everyday and I'm honored if I receive a curation from any account.
