Happy Chooseday 🎉 I'm finally writing this out after taking a nap. I'm just too sleepy after dinner that I needed the recharge. 😴 I'm additionally thankful to the rain that came tonight. It's funny though 'coz I was done with daily routines including watering the plants in the garden. 🤦‍♀

Nice poolside view, huh? Wish I were taking a vacation and simply enjoying my time off. That's something to wish for at the moment. 😅 Lucky are those who can take leisurely breaks at their convenience.

I decided to cook one of the new items I bought at the supermarket last Sunday. I decided I'd add spaghetti sauce, cook myself spaghetti noodles, and enjoy spaghetti with meatballs. 😋 There were a total of eleven meatballs. As I was straining the extra oil before adding the sauce, two meatballs decided to make an escape. 😂 I found one but the other rolled away under the stove I think. Decided to slice that one meatball and shared it with the kitties. I hope they'll find the other one. 🤣

Voila! I had that for lunch today. I would have had that for dinner too, but I feel a bit stuffed tonight. I've been taking it easy with meals as I do not want a repeat of my tummy ache last week. I'm still trying to figure out which food item didn't agree with me. 🤔 At least, I already have lunch for tomorrow. 😅

Tomorrow is another day. Tonight is time for rest. 😆 Look I completed another 30 consecutive days of login to FAFY. The extra free credits will help me add more traffic to my LL coop traffic link. Hopefully, it adds to my earnings for the week.

I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I've reached $1 on LeadsLeap. $9 more to go. 🤣

Time to call it a night. I've been battling this drowsiness for some time now. Have a fantastic day! Nighty night from Manila. Ta-tah! 👋

Exercise for a Diabetic

According to ADA (American Diabetic Association), all adults with diabetes over 18 years of age, should do either 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity exercise, or 75 minutes per week of vigorous-intensity exercise or combination thereof. Muscle-strengthening (resistance) exercise is recommended for 2 or more days in a week.
