We (human) are given such a ability to adjust almost everything; good or bad; favorable or unfavorable. You have adjusted your lonely life well, with kittens and guinea pigs, with hive, with us :)

Honestly, Doc, lonely can be relative. Being alone may not mean one is lonely !LOL I enjoy the peace and quiet. In most cases, other folks can bring me stress ๐ Seems the kitties are more perceptive and stay out of my way when I have one of those "days" ๐
