A few days ago a housemaid came to our clinic to do the fitness tests for renewing her work visa. She was over 35 years of her age! I asked her if she had any previous abdominal surgery or cesarian section! She said that she had her uterus removed when she was 12 years old!!
"How so! Didn't you get married ever?"
When she was 12, she had a problem in her uterus. He couldn't tell the details. Her father was given two options by the doctors back then.
- Remove the uterus and save your kid, or
- Keep the uterus and risk losing her forever!
Her father chose to save her. However, she lost a great blessing; to be a mother! Knowing the fact that she can't have a child, she never got married!
At one point, she left everything behind and came abroad to work as a housemaid.
Maybe, she wanted to conceal herself from her known world!!
Some people's trial in this world is exceptionally tough!
Many of us are in a much much better position!
