Today, I'm here to share a little I have been able to learn on how to manage procrastination. Time management will require implementations of measures with difference to personality. Every human has 24 hours in a day and we won't have more than just that but time management and prioritization determines we get from each day more or less.
Time wasted is waste of life and loss of opportunity to make more value. Time management involves organizing and prioritizing task to make efficient use of your time. Staying static is still time used up, doing nothing is still doing something. Things you do utilizes time or wastes it.
Beware of time wasters. activities and habits that consumes valuable time without contributing significantly to productivity or personal development. literally anything that isn't productive and time consuming.
some popular myths about procrastination flies about such as a mistaking for laziness, lack of strong will or fear of failure. Identifying what a real problem is will bring a percentage of solution. What you trying to do it now as soon as its conceived in mind.
How to better your time management
-Don't start tomorrow without ending today.
-Don't end today without planning tomorrow. (don't be too tired to do it).
-Develop an habit of completing a task on you todo list first thing in the morning starting the day with a level of confidence.
-Set realistic deadline and stay focused on being productive.
-Learn to say NO when necessary.
