I think so too, and I'm happy to see how you are guiding this tribe and helping every member to grow, especially those new ones with small accounts and a small amount of power (no matter if Hive or Alive power, or both).
In my eyes, it's the greatest value of your project that would help many in various ways while at the same time inspiring many to be and stay active (what's the second best value of your project IMHO).
