So let's start, and please share your Hive Goals and track what progress you have made on them from last week so you know what to focus on, and enjoy your Sunday.

@ironshield is your chat host for today.

As to my Hive Goals I track my progress on my Hive Power, Alive Power and LOLZ tokens.

Hive Power: I now have 10389 HP, which is up 21 HP from last week, and I need to speed this up, I want to have 20k HP by the end of the year.
Alive Power: I now have 100k AP on @flaxz.alive, which is up 1k from last week, and I buy and stake ALIVE to support the tribe and to earn daily staking rewards.
LOLZ: I now have 671 LOLZ tokens, and that is up from 595 last week, so a nice growth, and I track this as I am earning daily dividends on them.

That is my Hive Goals and my progress for this week.
