For some, happiness is in personal or professional achievements; for others, it is in relationships, health or simply enjoying a sunset. The important thing to understand is that happiness is not the same for everyone, and that's okay. It is a deeply personal and unique feeling.

We often think that happiness is found in big events: a promotion, a dream vacation or the purchase of something we've wanted for a long time. However, research has shown that true happiness is often found in the small moments: a meaningful conversation, a laugh with friends, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee or the sound of falling rain.

So why not start today? Find a moment, however small, to smile, be grateful and enjoy. Because there, in those simple, authentic moments, is where happiness really lives.

Exactly! My boy hides in a big paper box (big enough to conceal him fully) and I just need to push the box from here to there! He is the happiest boy in the world!!
