Commentrewarder: A new system to reward the commenters

Previously, by commenting under any HIVE Post, we used to get rewards if our comments got upvotes and the reward was above the dust threshold. A new system has been developed where an author can share part of his/her author’s rewards with the commenters. The project is developed to encourage the engagement of the HIVE ecosystem.
