Goodmorning folks,
It's Friday already! How time flies eh!
The past few days I was very busy. My sister and her family (including my 2 nephews of 9 and 11 years old) surprised us out of the blue. They live in Turkey these days and had promised us to come here in March. But then they suddenly showed up at our door last week and of course we were totally shocked!
I was super happy to see my nephews again and so we chatted a lot with each other and played fun games like checkers, chess and ludo. We had such a great time together that I forgot to shoot pictures. But yes, we saw each other again after 6 months and since the 2 were born I saw them almost every week. So 6 months without each other was very long for us.
The next few days they are still in Suriname and we will have a lot of fun together, I hope. But in the midst of it all, of course I have to continue writing my thesis. So well, I will get back to that for now!
