I purchased and staked some Alive just yesterday, I'll be adding it to my regular purchase schedule.
Maintaining the land in Puna never stops, for people who have never lived in Hawaii and particularly that part - everything grows and grows without ceasing. I've helped clear land before in area not far from their - back in Fern Acres, it's a beautiful area.
