Another 1000 Hive added to my stake !

It was a tough month of June for me. I injured my back and was unable to work normally for almost 3 weeks. During this time, I could hardly produce any post and I managed to create only 7 in total in June. This is way below my average. Of course, without creating posts it's difficult to get closer to reaching my goals. The gap is getting bigger but well life happens...

I powered up 1000 Hive for the 7th month in a row

I have this great habit of trying to power up 1000 Hive at the beginning of each month. I'm very happy that I managed to do it for the 7th time in a row. I powered up 1000 Hive today. This hive comes mainly from income from the second hive layer. Also I sold some Splinterlands cards that filled to wallet. Each month it's a struggle to get enough Hive together and I always have the feeling that the next month I won't be able to do it... finally I manage all the same. Let's see how it will turn out at the beginning of August.

So far, 181 days have past since I've set my goals. This means that 49.5% of the curent year are behind us. To evaluate my progress, this represents my benchmark. I should therefore have reached the same percentage of my goals so far.

When I look at the these numbers and at my benchmark, I see that I'm 2.4% behind for Hive Power and more than 13% behind for HBD. The gap is unfortunately widening still. I'm close to my bench market for Hive but for HBD, I'm losing hope... Maybe if price of Hive goes up a lot, there is still a chance.

Only 7 posts created

Health reasons prevented me from creating more posts. I had created 12 in March, 10 in April and 9 in May. I don't like how the trend looks.... By creating less and less posts, I will certainly not be able to catch up with my goals.

Half the year is over. I'm behind the benchmark but I'm still quite happy how my wallet is filling up. Soon I will own over 50k hive power and then the way until Orca status isn't that long...

Wow, another 1K HP powered up! How to be you? !LOL I've gone for minimal power up as I'm working on RL goals at the same time. I do hope you take care of your back and feel better soon. It's tough having health issues. I myself am less mobile than I used to prior to the plandemic years. It's frustrating but I'm learning to cope so far. I just don't go out as much like before :P Much success to you in reaching Orca level soon. As for me, I'll get there when I do. Happy new month ahead! Do enjoy the weekend :)

Thanks a lot for your comment. Fortunately my back is much better already and I'm almost back to normal. With age the body tends not to be so perfect anymore and we have to learn to deal with it...

Don't tell me about doctors bills... You go there 5 minutes and you need to pay a day's wage for it lol. I try to avoid whenever possible to go to them :-)

I started with 10 Hive power up's, then went to 20. Later to 100 and finally I came to 1k per month. It takes time and consistency but with 20 hive you are on the good path :-)
