Yeah I do. I see dirty unkept toe nails on a dusty feet and can tell that, that person is not keen on hygiene.
Uncombed hair and rumpled shirt - speaks of a disorganized person and the list goes on. Although a few could hide and need a little probing but first impression plays a big role.
