I haven't either although I have had good reason too, but lawyers are so expensive here that they end up with most of the money... Lawsuits are a vampire on society...

I didn't even mention that, about paying the lawyers, it's really complicated that part too, apart from all the delay in the process, we still have to pay part of what we get (if that happens) and pay for the procedures and everything else.
In some cases, it's so much work that it's better not to try to file a lawsuit.
