Work flexibility is a huge plus and a bonus to attract employees in my experience. And a happy employee tends to do much better work, having been an employer myself for many years.

Yes, the problem is that some employers don't care about the feelings of their employees, saw a lot in here hehehe they just think that they can hire someone else all the time
Sad isn't it? I always realized that if your employee was happy and liked you they did a better job. I would frequently give out surprise bonuses, I had some great employees back then!
