I want to wish you good luck on developing your skills over the year. Continually looking for ways to improve is huge.

If I had anything I'd want to add to that it would be about your comment to get "The right equipment for action". Sure you need equipment to make a video and better equipment can make for a better video. But my philosophy is always "Do the best with what you have" it is amazing what can be done with basic equipment but a lot of imagination and skill! Just look at the Blair Witch Project :)
