The problem is for many the glory and money are worth the risk as so few are properly held to account.

Sponsora suing athletes caught cheating would be a good way forward, but generally they'd prefer to avoid the negative publicity.

        That's true it's mostly for the fame and money, but still, it's a wrong choice to make, and those who encourage them by covering up are not even helping at all, because eventually, the abuse of these substances reveals itself, just like on the YouTube shorts I watched.
