I tried my best to be good at any angle I find myself. I take thing's just the way there are, but each and everyday, I keep praying that good things continue to come our way.
Money has changed the world, that's the truth and right now, it is like a compulsory levy that everyone must have money or people would start disregarding you.
I would not even go in the side of friends because in that angle, I think it happens everyday, and if you are not mocked by your peers for lack of money in one way or the other before, that means, you are lucky to have that circle of friends.
The thing about who has money and who does not, are even there in family's, when I remembered back in those days, it makes me realized what some of my coursemates went through.
I remember that, at some point, some of them were talking about money all the time's and was neglecting coming to the class, yes, one of them said it once, that his younger brother at home, bought a car and people in the family and in the community start seeing him like he didn't know what he was doing.
Yet, the difference was clear, he was going to school, while his brother was into business, his brother was dealing with money, fortunately, he was in good line of business and money start booming on it side, but when he bought a car and expand his business in another town, everything changed and he was sees by people as a loser in the family.
The guy was always not happy, he was brilliant but it makes him to start neglecting class activities and the last time I heard from him on phone was that, he relocate to Lagos, and start a barbing shop, just because he needs to make money to get back the love and respect from his family.
The world will truly be a better place for us and our generation to come if we understand one another, this understanding I am talking about isn't just about talking it, but by practicing it as well.
We do see a lot of things happening and people who can not control themselves are becoming something else, it is all because they want to be love by force, people somewhere neglect them.
To me, love is not something i should buy, if we are buying it, what if when the money isn't there anymore, isn't that heart break?
On no account, will I want to buy something called love, I do not put such a thing in my agenda and I would never do it, I have not even finish with the costly garri and bean's, I would want to go and put myself in more problems, and on that vain, I will never want another person to buy love from me, I keep my life simply and I lived to appreciate what's best.
I can't look down on my friends just because he doesn't have a car while I have, I cant throw away someone just because of money, some believed that, money runs the world, but it is us that still have the figure.
The way we live determine what would continue to be the lifestyle of the next generation, young people learns from us, so it is better we set the standard now that things are not really out of hands.
If people mindset all think of money as the power in the world and forget about love, understanding and care, it can only means that we are still having a big problem which we do not know how the results would be in many years to come.
