In a world of whereby of technological advancement it becomes so difficult for many things to be cover under the carpet as it was back in the days. In a world that everyone have access to the internet and many have become journalists overnight, you see that little things that happens within the visinity gets to the front burner and a times people wonder how those things get so far. Just from comfort of your home one can travel to other parts of the country and even outside to pick what happened. Even when they relate it they talk as if they where at the scene of event.
Not too long ago while watching some programs I discovered that some documentaries do have amateur at the right top side of the video. What that means is that, it was not a coverage by a professional so there could be limitations. Overtime I have come to notice that these journalists have a similar threat which is reduce tragic news and increase exciting ones. What I mean by this is, any news that Carry's tragic events so if it's a case that there was a desasterious happening and 50 persons were casualties the news will communicate 20 persons and as a professional news house you are not allowed to communicate otherwise. And when it have to do with where the government gave pilatives to the society and it's just 100 persons, the news will capture a 1k persons, any news coming from any other source is an amateur one. So this means that there is a central platform they censor what is delivered to the public can you imagine that?
I have seen some adverts from some news stations requesting anyone who is willing to communicate what's happening around their visinity to login into their site and do so.
Few months back when my husband lost his Uncle, my brother in-law was called a night before to be informed of his critical health issue, so he planned to go visit after Sunday service, but just to go in for Sunday service he was called by someone who is not even a family member to be informed of what has happened. It was a serious shock which he tried to manage because he was the one preaching that morning.
There where people who met their sudden demise just after receiving a devastating news from someone after that scenario it has not stopped people from making news. To my own opinion I will encourage everyone to control his heart to avoid shocks. I have tried my best to avoid all these news flash and since I started doing that it has helped me in no little way and I believe many can do so especially if you know you don't have a strong heart to carry that much shock. Also, when It comes to relating bad scenarios to the aged we need more wisdom to do so because of the kind of impact.
Last year when my mother lost the younger brother we just had to manage the situation so well because we know how she react to issues as this and even the burial too. Even when you say things should not be sent as they are to the internet it becomes so difficult because of technological advancement. Even the government will not help the situation because they want to glorify themselves at any little blow. They just want to be heard and let their praise be up and down at the execution of any little thing but when the media is used against them they want the hell to let lose at the one who engineered it.
