We all want to be fit and healthy but majority of us do not pay attention on the diet and the exercise. Exercise and diet play a important role when we talked about the fitness amd health. You have to make balance between two if you wants the positive results. I have observed that most of us talked about the health and diet but never follows the same. In our country everyone start giving their expert advice on diet and exercise eveb if they are sufferid form obesity, everyone is expert on this topic. The fit body is blessing and we do not realized its important till the time we do not suffered from any health related issues. If we have healthy body then only we can have a healthy mind. In today time both diet and exercise are important because of some reason and first is less physical moment and work in today lifestyle. In old days people use to work by hands and their were very less or no machine to do the work. So their was no choice other then use our hands and body to complete the day tk day task. The people works in field were very fit and fine. So they were not required any special place like gym to workout, their daily routine is such that ther work they do itself is workout for them. The second reason is adulteration in food. The use of pesticides and excess of fertilizers in food production make it happened to get high yield and harvest but it also effects directly or indirectly to our body.
In India if I talked about the northern side fom where I belongs then bread form the wheat floor and vegetable curry or pulses are the main content of everyday meal in case of vegetarian person. I am vegetarian and love to have seasonal vegetable curry in my everyday diet. The cost depends on the market and the weather. If weather is favorable then the cost of items will be less and if not then you may get the same item in 2 to 5 time costlier then normal price.
For my personal experience I have observed that with controlled diet and regular routine exercise works for me and specially the yoga. For example some time I tried to reduce my weight and fat and to achieve the same I started the yoga in morning and particularly syarted practicing the Pranayam and also start controlling the unnecessary food intake and specially the junk food like chips, fired items etc. I start feeling the change in few days. But unfortunately I was not able to continue the same because of the come other priorities but we including me always forget to give priority to our health.
I remembered a incident from my childhood when me and my twin brother want to loose some weight. We were around 10 to 12 year old. We hired somewhere that by reducing the food intake and we reduced the diet by skipping the one time and reduced the other two meals also. After some days I star feeling very low and the reason was less diet. From that incident I learned that diet and exercise both are very essential to stay fit and even to reduce the fat from body. Any single from two will not work and there may be chance for some reverse reaction on body if we do not make balance .
The excess sugar content in our diet is also becomes the concern for the health. We Indians love the tea and that is milk tea with sugar. Normal a person drink three to four cup of tea in a day. Reducing the tea intake or replacing it with no sugar tea will be nice choice if someone wants to be reduce the weight as sugar is one of the key element which contribute in gaining the weight. I stared drinking the no sugar tea now days.
This is very clear that diet and exercise are worked together. A healthy diet and good exercise is the mantra to stay fit.
