Hi @manclar, I liked the contract between neighbors and offenders about not doing certain activities when there are children in front.

On the points you address I will give my opinion, which I think will not be very different from yours.

Everyone is responsible for what they do. In the case of children, the responsibility is of the parents, the child is the mirror of the parents, even if they are negligent and are not there.

On the question of juvenile delinquency, for me it is a more complex issue, to leave it only at the level of individual responsibility.
