This time I firmly postulate as a non-winner of the best comment. The adoption issue itself is complicated. I know my answer if someone told me I was an adopted child. It would not influence my relationship with my parents (the real ones, even if they were not the biological ones).My love for them would not change, or if anything I would be more grateful to them pfor the care they gave me.

And, of course, we are a reflection of our parents, if I had been the adopted son of a Buddhist family I would surely be meditating now among clouds of incense and not replying to a post of yours.
