This is a very sound advice! To me. Mixing business with pleasure or letting sentiments get in the way, is only another step towards bankruptcy.

I had this in mind, but reading you just reminded me how important it is to not mix work with pleasure

        That's exactly it, these two segments end up getting in the way of each other, because they end up getting in the way of financial decisions and they have to be right, at least that's what I think.
