Besides the sentiments thet I hold towards some parts of this post, I agree with you.

If kids are let to sue,the courthouses would be a messy, rowdy place. For every little thing a parent does(even telling a child to do his/her homework) which they may not feel like or for things thst don't go their way, they'll sue.
And for that, I can only imagine parents being in fear of the very little humans that they bore and not performing their parental duties optimally.
