WHY I CAN'T INVOLVE THE POLICE.

For peace to rain someone must somehow become a fool. People will also misunderstand you, but all is for peace.

As long as we live in this earth, that day must come when you feel like to sue someone because of one thing or the other. But we consider alot of things when such situations come. When those considerations are taking care of, we must times back out and become like fools or the sake of peace.

Has someone ever done something that warrant suing him or her? Hahahaha 🤣. This question is funny. I said so because people are funny. They try by all means sometimes to provoke you just to see what you will do. Even when you try to maintain peace, you get pushed to the wall.

I had one experience last month and friends if not that I tried so much to hold myself, we would have landed all the police station. I called a guy who knows me very well asked him to take a trip of sand to drop in our land so that we can use the sand to fill our foundation to enable us continue the building project when we are ready. I paid him in full and he promised that he was going to take the sand that day. So, my husband took him to the land and showed him the particular place where the sand should be dropped. Two days later I called him and he told me that the sand have been taken to the land. He continued that I should not be angry because the ended up dropping the sand in a nearby land. I shouted on the phone ' What! How comes? What happened? I don't even know when I asked him all these questions on the phone. He couldn't even answer me. I immediately cut the phone and took a bike to the place to see things for myself. I got more angry when I got there because of the distance between my land and the place the dropped the Sand for me. I rushed back to the man and asked him how he expect me to pack that trip of sand to my land. He kept quiet for a while and said that it was the driver who refused to enter my land so, he just drop the sand there. I became angry with the guy that I asked him to go and look for how to pack the sand.

This issue took us up to three days before he later asked me to go get the people that will pack the sand. He promised to pay them when they are done. I thought that he was serious. I got some boys and the told me how much it will cost. I came back to him, told him every thing and he asked me to go ahead with the work. When the work was completed I asked him to bring the money and he started telling me stories. He kept giving me stories and never brought the money he promised. At this point I was tempted to report him to police station. I called a police friend of mine and told him what I want to do. He asked me to move straight to their office and report the case. He promised me that once I get there I will be given police men that will o and arrest him and my money was going to come out of him when he is locked behind bars. But after all said and done I could not go further. WHY?

This boy knows me as a preacher for years now. So, I thought of how I will take the same person who I have been preaching to and lock him up. How will the preaching continue when he is eventually out of the place I locked him up? I couldn't just bring myself to arrest him. Even when I know that he was wrong and I was right. I have the chance of getting my money, but I have to let go for the sake of peace.

This part will make you bottle your anger for real. I think this is why he took you for granted because he knows you can't have anything against him because of your identity.

It's better to pay a particular percentage and pay fully after the job is done to satisfaction to prevent these kind of stories.

This is the main reason why I never pay someone before they do a job or at least I pay them half and then pay the balance after they are done with the job. If you hadn't paid him in full, he would have made sure to do the job very well and you won't be hearing silly excuses from him later.
