Tough times don't last, but tough people do. My daily mantra.

in Hive Learners2 months ago

It is impossible to live in this life without a code in which one lives by, or we can also call it - A mantra. These are principles, rules and or way of life of an individual that has been of help to that person and even others. We have lots of them and I will be sharing with us what I call my daily mantra which is also a code that I live by. It has really helped me a lot and made me to keep pushing on even when I see others falling back.

This image belongs to me.

I don't know how and why I got mine, but it seems I got it from all the pains that I have gone through in life. The say that experience is the best teacher. Though I don't believe that it is the best teacher, but is also a teacher. When you see people who have not gone through hardship, they will not know what it takes to get the money. But show me an individual who have been through pains and suffering, that kind of person to Wil have alot of experience to share with others and let them learn from it.

WHAT MY CODE IS.
Guys I see this as my daily mantra. It has been my stronghold all these years that I never had any regret in life.

WHEN THE GOING GET TOUGH, THE THOUGH GETS GOING.
This is my mantra. I have had times when I almost gave up on myself. There are some situations that will come and I will just to look back because I might think that I have lost the battle of this life. But by the time this situations kept coming and never ready to allow me move forward, that was when I learnt that tough situations will always be there, they will come and go, but we would still be there. I said to myself that I only need to look for a way that will make me strong and move on despite the tough situations. Though it wasn't easy but the Holy Book says that with God all things are possible. But you also know that without God nothing will be possible because we are too much in a hurry that we can't wait for the right time.

HOW DID I COME ABOUT IT?
Life is not fair according to some people. Though I don't totally believe it but there is sence in what they say. You will look around and see people enjoying life and some are trying so hard to eat once a day. Don't you think that there is sence in that phrase? I am one of those who have suffered on this life that I never thought that I can come this far in life. I thought that by now I will have been forgotten. But here am I given my life experiences. Right from when I was small I have lived some times for days without food. I don't even talk about clothes because it is the last thing that crosses my mind. Should I begin to think of good clothes to wear when I don't have food to eat? Things don't work like that. It is as a result of all the sufferings that I have suffered that I got my mantra. I am still here because I stood up and never went down in all the bad incident that happened to me. It goes a long way to say that - Tough situations don't last, but tough people who stood their ground will last.

HOW DID I COME OUT OF IT?
By praying all the time to God knowing that only him can save me from all the sufferings of this life that I was subjected to. He did it. He answered me after all. All glory be to his name.

Wow, your experience is quite humbling and inspiring. Suffering does teach us a lot in life, and it makes us stronger and more resilient to be able to go through even tougher periods.
You are a warrior and it is so admirable.

The never-say-never spirit is a big task. Life itself is a challenge and the ability to tale life as it comes and never give up is a gift.
To agree to further keep hope alive is a world that thinks less of the weak and vulnerable is a huge life code.
Well done on this.

One of my favourite quotes since going from being single and homeless as a youngster to now living in the countryside in a home with a wife and successfully raising 4 children and now grandchildren. I know for certain tough times never last, but tough people do.
