Hello all lovers of hive Blockchain. I want to appreciate every one who has been putting in their best in this #hive learners community. You may not really know, but just that little contribution you made concerning a topic for the week may just be a solution to someone's problem. This is the reason why I love reading our post even with the little time that I have after going to school to attend all the lectures. It has really been helpful to me and I can't take it for granted.
Well, looking at the topic for the week I believe it affects everyone who is earning money in one way or the other. I believe that we pay our tax. Even when you think you don't pay tax and you still use recharge card, you pay that tax indirectly because all the charges for that card reflect your tax in it. But the question here is if the rich should pay more than the poor. Or should everyone pay the same amount while paying for their tax. This is my own little contribution.
When I opened my computer business center newly this guy's that go round to shops to collect revenue and taxes made me so hate paying for both revenue and taxes because they just came as soon as I opened my shop. I have not even settled to start making customer. When they came the insisted that I should pay and I had no choice than to get money from a friend and pay. That was how I started hating that job.
But considering paying of taxes is very important for a nation to grow because the nation or state has it as their own way of making money for the state or country. I also believe that every one should pay tax according to what they are earning. Look at it from this angle: if someone make #300,000 every month and he is asked to pay his own tax for #30,000. Then another person makes #30,000 every month and you are expecting that person to still pay same #30,000 that the other person paid, it will not be fair. Just pay as you get. This is how I see the whole situation. Pay your tax according to the money that you make. If we make it a flate amount the person who make a little money will not cope because he or she will have any money left to take care of his of her needs.
Finally, it is already established that paying of taxes is very very important for the good governance of a country. In any country where taxes are not paid then that country will not be able to take care of their economic activities, no distribution of wealth to different sectors, there will be no revenue for states, no unemployment benefits like empower job and their likes. There will be nothing like development of infrastructure, no health care problem that will benefit the public. Finally the military too will not be founded for their activities and security of the states. All these reasons makes it very essential for an individual to pay taxes and revenue to a state of country so that it will get the best services for the government. Otherwise we can't expect anything good from our government.
