*During this holiday, can you do one good deed for someone else?
I can and actually I did one particular thing that made me think that I have wasted a precious time, but with this topic today I know that it is very good to do a sacrifice for another person not because the person can pay you but because you see it as something very necessary. I just like to share it with the house for the purpose of this contest.
We normally go for end of the year program that starts on the 28 of December every year to end on the 31th of December. It is always a period when we thank God for the year ending and also take time to pray concerning the coming year. But for this year something very important happened and I had to sacrifice it for another thing else.
My daughter who have been away for a long time now without coming home because of her studies decided to visit us this December, she didn't just come this December but just few day to the beginning of the program and every one was already prepared for the journey.
When I saw her I did not know what to do or how to explain to her that we are all going for a four days program and she will be left alone. As the mother that I am I decided to do the needful. I know that you are thinking of what is the needful that I did.
It doesn't have to be monetary. It can be as simple as being there for someone, or offering a shoulder to a person in need.
That is just what I did. I simply decided to keep her company while others left for the program since yesterday morning and left just the two of us at home. I really want to go for that program. I have made plans already. Things have been bought already. My friends are also waiting for my arrival. You know how it works now. Hahaha 😂. When sometimes we go to such programs to see our old friends that we have not seen for some month.
Well as you can see, I am at home keep our princess company. My husband did not even think twice before packing his bag and left the house. In fact he left a day before the program started saying that he is one of the resource person so he needs to go in time to go and get prepared. Okay ohh. Me I don't have anything to say than to sit back and just watch.
But is not too bad after all we have not had the time to jist and mummy and daughter for a very long time now. So I have all the time with her.
