Ahh I understand that frustration
It’s even more annoying when you say something and then they rather provide options for you. What should I use the options for when I’ve already said my problem.

Very annoying.
With all that, I mo longer fancy using such platform to contact any organisation. I make use of call but many times, it takes ages for them to respond 🥲
