Today after so much thought I have decided to join the initiatives proposed by this community every week, I love to stroll through the different posts and read the experiences of others with the elixir of the gods.
This time the question is precisely what makes you uncomfortable in a coffee shop? Well, it honestly bothers me the simple fact that in my town there is no coffee shop where I can go to share a delicious and creamy coffee, I definitely believe that it is part of the culture here, it is not because we do not like coffee, on the contrary this is a drink that is present in the kitchens of different homes and when you come to visit this is the first thing you get accompanied by a sweet bread or some fluffy cookies.
However, I think this at the end of all offers us the advantage that we are always very attentive to never run out at home, because if it is not present in the morning or at other times of the day can cause a mental breakdown in many people, I have heard many mention that not consuming their hot negrito causes them a severe headache.
In the same vein, in my different tours in my social activities coffee is present, although I never despise a good coffee, there are some that do not adapt to the occasions, if the days are very hot, the ideal is that they offer you a refreshing frapuccino or any other of its presentations in iced coffee, but here we are very traditional and we always lean towards hot coffee regardless of the ambient temperature.
Once when I was in a congress in Merida I was offered a warm coffee, but I did not like this coffee at all, it was very bitter and had a very strange taste for my palate and many of the other guests that were there, the next time I visit that place I will definitely think twice before risking such a disappointment.
In spite of all this, I have been able to enjoy from the comfort of my home the adventure of daring to prepare different types of coffee and being able to get to know its different flavors and accompany them according to my own needs in the company of my family and very good friends.
It is complicated not to find in the same place all our requirements, but by doing an exhaustive search, having options I assure you that it is possible or as in my case nourishing my life with the continuous visits through this community, I have realized that there is an endless number of options that we can experience and that many of them are very simple and accessible to prepare from your home.
