Turmeric tea is good as an anti-inflammatory, therefore good for the joints.
Ingredients for a cup of tea:
-1 teaspoon turmeric
-1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder or approximately 1/4 of the cinnamon stick
-1 teaspoon cardamom
Optional: 1 teaspoon ginger.
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients together with a saucepan with water and bring to a boil, then lower the heat to minimum and continue cooking for 5 minutes, stir with wooden spoon(be careful as it boils over, so be careful to immediately lower the heat to minimum).
Then place it in the teapot until it cools down. I drink two cups a day so I prepare it after lunch and I have enough for the night before going to bed.
