This Monday afternoon, on my way home after leaving the gym and practicing a little sport, I found a very special place for me, and I'm sure for all coffee lovers. I had previously seen the place under repair, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it already providing service and to discover that it is a coffee shop called Caffé del Doge.

Anteriormente había visto el sitio en reparación, pero mi sorpresa fue grata al verlo ya brindando servicio y descubrir que es una cafetería llamada Caffé del Doge.

Those who already follow my blog know that I always enjoy a good espresso coffee, because I feel that you can feel in it all the flavor of the bean. But I decided to try the specialty of the menu: Frapuccino de la Casa, and it was really delicious! The sweet point was just the right one to achieve the pairing of all the ingredients, and on top of that it was decorated with some roasted coffee beans, which I also ate, I don't know if the only one who does it 😅....

Los que ya siguen mi blog saben que disfruto siempre de un buen café expreso, porque siento que se puede sentir en él todo el sabor del grano. Pero decidí probar la especialidad de la carta: Frapuccino de la Casa; y estaba realmente delicioso!! El punto de dulce era justo el adecuado para lograr el maridaje de todos los ingredientes, y encima estaba decorado con algunos granos de café tostados, que también me comí, no sé si soy la única que lo hace 😅…

I saw that they have Caffé del Doge packages on display, and it is the powder they use to make the different preparations, which is native to Venice, considered by many as the best coffee of that area, which still preserves the Italian concept of traditional roasting.

Ofertan además otras variedades como: latte, capuchino, mocca, bombón, e incluso suero de helado. Me gustó que allí también se vende café molido y en grano, en las cantidades que se deseen en cualquiera de sus formatos.
Vi que tienen en exhibición los paquetes de Caffé del Doge, y es el polvo que usan para realizar las diferentes elaboraciones, el cual es oriundo de Venecia, considerado por muchos como el mejor café de esa zona, que conserva aún el concepto italiano de torrefacción tradicional.
