I’ve been foraging since I was a child with my family’s guidance, so I know a few, but sometimes I venture out and learn to identify new species. I found quite a few new ones to pick just by taking pictures, googling them and then asking people if I identified them properly.
Had I not been trained since early days I most probably wouldn’t like to risk either, so it’s a smart move if unsure.
