1 onion
salt and pepper for taste
1 garlic
3 tbsp. butter.

when the onion gets tender and translucent add chopped mushrooms.
Stir until the mushrooms release water/juice.
add spinach and cook until water is reduced.
Add salt and pepper.
The cheese cream.
The mushroom mixture is ready. keep aside.
Cut the pie dough into appropriate circles/rounds fit for the metal shell mold. you can use muffin molds also.
Grease the molds and fix the circles of pie pastry.
Bake them for around 10 minutes at 200 c.
remove them from the oven and fill the shells with the mushrooms.
sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Also grated or sliced yellow cheese.
Put back in the oven for around 15 minutes at 180 C.
meanwhile, make a salad
1 small red onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
10 cherry tomatoes
2 small carrots
1 avocado
1 red paprika
1/2 cucumber
some mango slices
2 tbsp. Turkish yogurt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds.
Chop all vegetables into slices or appropriate shapes.
Mix all chopped vegetables in the bowl.
Add salt pepper and sugar(optional).
Add yogurt and mix it well.
The salad is ready, It took 9 minutes I saved some slices of mango to put on top before serving.
Now shells are also baked, golden brown and crispy. remove from the oven and after 2 minutes remove them from the mold to keep them nice and crispy.
Before removing them don't forget to take photos. 😃
Just 3-4 are enough
for a nice appetizer.
Thank you.
