The most important rule of mushroom picking is that if you dont know a mushroom, do not eat it.
If you are not sure about this one, simply don't try and eat it, cause it may end up very badly.
Second thing - I dont think transplanting mushrooms will work ;)

Hahhaha sorry to disappoint you :D I am only sure of very few types and I would recommend those. Others... not so much.
