It is very enjoyable to walk through these natural places, especially when you find beautiful species of mushrooms on your way

Death and herniated discs are irreversible, walking is an addition to the treatment

I'm sorry about your herniated disk. I feel I may have this as well but I don't know. I will have to do your walking treatment more often.
