The Day Before!
The day before we had to leave! I can say pack up and leave but most of the packing was already done at that point!
It's never a fun experience! Never!
We did make the best of it though! We did not the cats! The cats? Yeah I'll come back to that momentarily!
You know the feeling of having to do something and not doing it you can't find any peace? Like you can't have a sit down and watch a movie or something because something is bothering you?
I know the feeling all too well! Both me and "The Betty" had a lot of that the day before we were to departure. It's good thing though, having to double check on everything!
So when we were finally done! FINALLY! I decided we both needed a chill and breath moment! So I lit up the last of the wood we had and cracked open a beer for both of us! Some hardy stuff to say the least!
We also didn't braai or anything, we had more than enough food to last us for the remainder of the time!
Some great beer and great vibes tend to let loose some of that stress! Right! Whatever it may do we just needed a vibe, we didn't want the last day to be worth nothing!
A Great Use Of Time?
This is what I meant when I said "The cats didn't make good use of their time!" although I have to say at first there were five cats running about then there were four and then there were two so I think naturally they would get bored because the friends got less!
I do feel sorry for "Shiroku" which is my cat! I think he had a blast down at the seaside and having to come back here without any of the friends he had... damn that must be a shocker for him!
That is how life works though hey, all great things come an end at some even an abrupt end!
I do however think I've got more photos of him sleeping it out than him actually playing outside! Laughs!
A Wondrous View!
I don't think the #photographylovers community has any idea of what I am about to throw their way in a few weeks! Or rather I shouldn't get ahead of myself my photos ain't that great! BUT the views oh damn!
The views are absolutely amazing and breathtaking!
Yes we did manage to go down that "St. Blaize Trail" that we've put off for numerous days! Now in truth I'm glad we left that for the last day! And I am even more glad that it was in-fact a sunny day on our last day!
Otherwise the views would not have been as gorgeous as it was! That bright blue of the ocean would not have popped out as much!
What gets me a little more though are those white salt lines forming on the ocean! Damn they made for some great photos!
To add to that! We actually walked a great deal more of the St. Blaize trail than we have ever done! Next year or rather later this year we will try to push even further than the year before!
Adventure and beauty combined give you this!
