Ah cool. I didn't realise it was one of the rarer types, I saw something like around 2% instead of expected 6% or so.

I wonder if it will help or not if we understand ourselves, but I saw some research that with age, having a better self understanding gave you more benefits to a younger INTJ for example in many vocations, but maybe it can be explained by getting more life experiences anyhow.

Understanding yourself helps for sure, knowing what personality type you are isn't really understanding I would say. It just gives a basic explanation of how you go about certain things by default. For me personally, I think a flaw is to seek too much rational understanding at the cost of actual life experience. It does help though to understand but in the end, taking action is what is at least equally important.

I think that's a very good point. We often spend lots of time thinking and not so much in the actual doing.
