ENERGY

The ENERGY photos I chose for this week's contest topic were taken in the US state of Illinois. These big ugly towers carry electric power into the city of Chicago

They certainly can ruin the view of a pretty sunset!

This power pole along a rural road carries wires to provide electric energy to local homes and farms.

The electrical lines are impressive, to the point that they can be a true work of art, although visually and especially when we take photographs they can be a nuisance.
I love this entry of sunshine

It doesn't snow where we live. I love the snowy weather in winter, but we have to travel 12 hours to see it.

I love visiting the tropics and enjoy the gorgeous weather, but it's always good to come back to watch how diverse nature is as the seasons change.
