Hello people!
Here I am, one more time joining the new weekly #POBphotocontest photography contest, and this is in my 15th time.
This is a nice initiative of @friendlymoose and this time the new round is about roads. This time the new theme is inspired in many senses, roads to lead us to unknown places, road to let us come back home, impressive roads, historical roads, or the roads we walk always... Nice topic!
So here is my new contribution for the Proof of Brain photo contest:
Autumn ROADS
And I think of roads that take us far away, journeys into the unknown during changing days, because now we are leaving summer behind and autumn seems to welcome us too when we travel along paths or roads. Then the whole environment becomes different, strange, but not intimidating just lonely, calm and quiet...
We cross the immense and boundless Castilian fields, the Castilian plateau of Castilla León in the centre of Spain, and crossing the country we head north. That cold and rainy north that is already approaching before us, already warns us as we travel along the road as the only travelers accompanied only by that totally autumnal nature.
We look out the window, we touch the glass with the tip of our nose, we look into the distance, despite the reflections of the faint light that the grey sky lets through. And we discover bucolic landscapes, and beyond, more roads, which will lead to another place, to places we don't know, that we haven't seen, because we haven't arrived yet. We are nowhere, simply, on the road.
Now that autumn is here, I have been inspired by those moments and those road trips that took us to other places. Happy October and happy autumn to everyone.
