I'm more of a general mills guy myself. I live just about two hours from the cereal capitol of the US. Avocado oil is good stuff. I think you can hear olive oil it just can't take extreme temps like over 400 degrees.
Hard to think you are so close to the cereal capital. Probably back in the day it was fine. Its all the chemical enhancements now that have made them not so healthy.
I still eat cereal pretty much every morning for breakfast. I've started to switch to oatmeal some days. Battle Creek, MI is just about two hours away. There is a really nice casino there called Firekeepers.
