In my previous post I shared some stuff about stress and today I'll like to progress with the ways which stress can be reduced by both employee and employer.
There are different ways to reduce but I intend to share this because it would play a significant role in both the organization and the individual working in such organization. Stress can be reduced through relaxation. No matter how hard you work, the work can't finish therefore find time to relax. If you refused to take rest then you will be given bed rest and if you refused bed rest you will be laid to rest.
Another way an employee can reduce stress is by taking a break after long period of work. Try and have scale of preference or schedule.
Another vital way is through exercise regularly and eating healthy food. This would go a long way to reduce the stress on the body system.
On the other hand, how an employer can reduce stress includes; redesigning a new job. Organization should try and improve on working conditions. Communication too should be improved. This will help reduce pressure on the organization.
