You're undoubtedly in the curation trail, but you are not participating in curation. This is because you did not manage your voting mana.

Set other curation trail you follow to be at a range of 30-50% then set cleanplanet to be at a range of 85-99%. Also, set your voting time to be 0.1seconds.
